Competitive boxing and Muay Thai experience at every level. They're not personal trainers with a boxing certification — they're fighters who coach.
A Milpitas native who started competing in 2011. Coach Aaron brings a deep understanding of the technical and strategic side of boxing — footwork, ring IQ, and punch mechanics are his hallmarks. Known for developing fighters from the ground up, he has a gift for breaking down complex movements into learnable fundamentals for students at every level.
Started boxing at 14 and began coaching youth athletes at just 16. Coach Angel's youth credentials are unmatched — he has been building young boxers since he was practically one himself. His classes are structured, high-energy, and demanding in the right ways. The kids who train with Coach Angel develop real skill and real character.
Started training in 2004 and has cornered over 100 amateur and professional fights. Coach Johnny brings the ring-tested perspective of someone who has coached competitors at every level — from first amateur bouts to professional title fights. His technical depth in both boxing and Muay Thai is remarkable, and his fight-strategy coaching is some of the best you'll find in the Bay Area.
Over 10 years of Muay Thai experience and the distinction of having trained and fought professionally in Thailand — the birthplace and heartland of the sport. Coach Vince leads our Muay Thai program with the technical precision and cultural authenticity the art demands. Whether you're working toward competition or just want to develop real Muay Thai skills, Coach Vince is the real deal.
Coach George picked up boxing at 14 in Mississippi and never put it down. He brings a unique emphasis on fight psychology and the mental dimensions of the sport — and went on to found Ring Kinnetix, a methodology that develops the mental game alongside technical skill: focus, composure under pressure, and strategic thinking. His coaching has a way of connecting with students who are working through real challenges, not just physical ones.
Trained since 2023 and earned his coaching stripes in 2025. Coach AJ is our newest addition and brings exceptional energy and enthusiasm to Youth Boxing and Fundamentals classes. His own recent journey through learning the sport gives him a unique ability to connect with beginners — he remembers what it felt like to start from zero, and he coaches with that empathy.
A member of Milpitas Boxing since 2014, James joined the operations side in 2022 to help grow the gym that became part of his own life. He oversees community partnerships and the gym's visual identity — including the documentary photography that captures training as it actually happens. When he's not at the gym, he's usually in it.
